We want you to love your purchase! Please read our simple return & exchange rules:

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any return/exchange.

  • Damaged product? We’ll exchange it free – inform us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Size issue or not liking the design? Exchange is possible – just notify us within 7 days.

  • Return shipping for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Used or washed outfits

  • Original packaging/tags missing

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits

  • Requests after 7 days of delivery

  • Outfits already exchanged once

  • Festive/Discounted products

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. WhatsApp or email us within 7 days with your order number + unboxing video.

  2. Ship the product back via a reliable courier (charges by customer).

  3. Once we receive and inspect it, your replacement will be sent.

     Note: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
